Loose Screws combines the aspects of preventative maintenance with full-service rental management; however, we can provide one or the other based upon our client's needs. This approach is how we manage our properties and is proven to be a successful model.
01 — Maintenance
An initial site visit will consist of a comprehensive evaluation and inventory of the property including all major appliances and mechanical systems. During our initial site visit, small maintenance repairs can be performed while larger repairs will be noted. A detailed report will then be provided based on our findings, and Loose Screws can coordinate, perform and oversee all necessary repairs.
